Nov 2007
Well last year may have been our first winter in Canada but it was so mild that I dont think it really counts.
This year on the other hand Winter is starting out by showing us that this year it means it! As every time I speak
to anyone we left back in England they ask about the weather (of course) I figured I would post a running commentary.
We had our first snowfall back on November 21st and since then the world has been white. A friend of ours said that
he has never known the first snowfall to stay, normally it would melt and then maybe the second or so snowfall might be
the one to stay.

Monday 24th December 2007
The rain on the snow made some really pretty paterns.
Sunday 23rd December 2007
We had some rain and warm weather (above freezing) and there was some concern that we would be having
another 'green' Christmas.
Monday 17th December 2007
Sunday 16th December 2007
Well we were under a winter storm watch and they weren't kidding, when we woke up it was snowing quite heavily
and it didn’t stop until after the sun had set. At some points in the day we could barely see our neighbours.
