Puppy day!

September 29th, 2010 by Heidi

This morning we took all eight puppies into for their first vet visit. They were all very brave and passed with flying colours. As they were 8 weeks old on Monday they are ready to move on to new homes.

Today we had a day trip to Picton for both business and pleasure. Shop business, farm business and fun!

Quite the surprise arrival!

August 3rd, 2010 by Heidi

Saturday evening we had friends come for a BBQ and a few drinks, it was quite late and we had had a few drinks when I heard unusual noises from Willow and Aspen. It was dark so of course I sent Steve to check on them!

Time off!

February 21st, 2010 by Heidi

Nice weather for ducks!

July 24th, 2009 by Heidi

The weather around here lately has had me wondering if perhaps the emigration was just a big dream and we are still in England and I have lost track of time and it is really October!

A different dog

June 12th, 2009 by Heidi

Aspen is now living permanently out with Willow and they couldn’t be happier about the new arrangements.

Drowning in vets bills

May 7th, 2009 by Heidi

So our rather traumatic April left us with some rather unexpected vets bills and today we carried on in the same theme.

What a weekend!

April 19th, 2009 by Heidi

Steve had Friday off so we could get a good start at our spring preparation. It has been a very busy weekend, but I think that we can both sit back and give ourselves a pat on the back.
