Just in time to make a last minute dash for the start line I heard about the Tour de Fleece. The goal is to spin every day the Tour rides, and as I have been sadly neglecting my wheel in the last couple of months I thought this would be a good way to get me motivated.
I am not setting any goals beyond spinning every day. I would like to make a significant dent in my stash, but no pressure, I just have to do some everyday.
This picture is not my whole stash as there is a quantity of fleece tucked away that I harvested from our sheep, but I want to be sure I can do it justice before I get it out.

I started by plying the two full bobbins of singles I had spun previously, to get the bobbins cleared ready to be filled. Wish me luck!
Good for you! I’d join too but I seem to have gotten myself into several other labour intensive projects all involving fibre of course.
