Not a super week!

I have been rather under par this week which has meant not many things being checked off on the task list. I have a hard time giving myself time off, as if I am sitting still then I am generally worrying about what I should be doing, and feeling guilty about it. This week has been a prime example of that – I haven’t given myself a proper day off but also haven’t really managed to achieve anything!

Blue Ribbon's
Little Miss Babybel went in for her spay this week, and everything went well. The only problem being that the vet said she needs to be kept quiet for a week, and she doesn’t agree! She broke out of her crate twice on the first evening we had her home! Right now she is far from quiet, but she is at least contained!

We did have big plans for this weekend, but someone let the animals in on it and they decided it would be better for us to stay a little closer to home! Tomorrow I will tell you all about how our living room became an intensive care ward for a very sick little lamb.

Tonight here the TV is all about the Super Bowl, to be honest having been brought up on Rugby, American Football doesn’t really cut it! But that’s OK I have a good book. I am getting quite excited about the Winter Olympics starting on Friday, and you know the TV will be on a little more than normal, maybe I will be able to give myself a little downtime!

I love to know what you think so please rate my post or leave me a comment. If you really liked this post maybe you would consider sharing it. Thank you.

  3. You dog is so cute. We had that same problem with our Sheltie after he was neutered and had his dew claws removed in December.

    Good luck!
