My egg supplier hasn't called me in weeks. Last time I brought her some cartons, she said her hens were in the less laying cycle. Bummer. We call pastured eggs "country eggs" and when I have to buy them in the store, I call them "city eggs" LOL. I’d love to come and see your hens, but I’m guessing you don’t live in SW Louisiana??
