Today I met a very handsome young man!

I would like to introduce you to Charlie. Isn’t he gorgeous! Charlie is a Chow Chow that we are fostering for Merlin’s Hope. I must admit I feel rather like I am cheating on BIN!

Charlie - foster Chow Chow

Charlie - foster Chow Chow Charlie - foster Chow Chow

This sweet, affectionate boy has won my heart completely, Steve is already looking rather resigned! :)

Merlin’s Hope have a pretty cool fund-raiser happening at the end of the month – the Peanut Polo Cup.

The Peanut Polo Club concept is conceived by Merlin’s Hope Chow Pei Rescue
as a joint effort to help other rescues raise funds for their canine or equestrian rescues or shelters.

It is on Sunday, August 30th, 2009 at Augusta Polo Club, Augusta, Ontario. When you purchase your ticket you can choose which one of the ten rescues benefits.

I love to know what you think so please rate my post or leave me a comment. If you really liked this post maybe you would consider sharing it. Thank you.

  1. Charlie has such a great face!! He’s going to make some family very happy and is lucky to have you as foster parents while he’s waiting for a forever home!
Sounds like a great fundraiser as well!

  2. I think the problem here is that Heidi already feels more attached to Charlie, than any other dog since we fostered Zeus. In Heidi’s eyes Charlie may have already found his forever home. :-)

  3. Omigosh, HOW could anyone resist that face?! I do hope you decide he is a good fit for your house and home. He looks just like a ray of sunshine.
