Cats & barnsFebruary 23rd, 2009 by SteveSadly this story starts with the passing of an 82 year old farmer, who had amassed an unknown number of “barn” cats. Cat Rescue Network had gotten wind that these cats were to be eliminated “as pests”, and had managed gain a “stay of execution” at least until all of the other farm animals had been found homes. The farmer who has been feeding the animals allowed Cat Rescue Network and a few other groups to provide food & water to the cats and to arrange for some to be caught and hopefully re homed.
